Tapas
A visit to Alba is not complete without partaking of cold and hot tapas, bite-size appetizers that are big on flavor. There are about 55 choices available!
Sopas y Potajes
You don’t have to go to Asturia to taste this simple bean stew that has become one of Spain’s classic dishes. This hearty dish called Fabada Asturiana is one of Alba’s many specialties.
Ensaladas y Pastas
The restaurant also has light and vegetarian choices for the healthy eater.
Paellas
Whether it’s the classic Paella Valenciana or the equally popular Paella Negra and Paella de Cordero, a paella with the original Alba’s touch is sure to satisfy anyone’s craving for authentic and soulful Spanish food. There are 18 different paella varieties at Alba’s, considered the widest array in town. Shown here is the Paella de Bacalao (codfish paella).
Carnes
Solomillo a la Pobre or Steak a la Pobre is unknown outside of the Philippines; it is actually one of the many dishes invented by Señor Alba! If you’re a hearty eater, Alba has a lot of meat dishes available in the menu.
Pescado y Mariscos
Fish and seafood lovers can choose from a selection of dishes all made from the fresh bounty of the sea such as Alba’s Langostinos Thermidor or stuffed prawns.
Postres
Desserts are indeed heavenly at Alba. Take your pick from Canonigo (shown here), Flan al Caramelo, Tarta de Queso and other specialty cakes to name a few.
Party PackagesThe convenient, ready-to-serve meals are packed in tin foil containers and are perfect for parties, potluck gatherings and as pasalubong for reunions and homecomings this Christmas. They also make ideal gifts for friends and loved ones.
Authentic Spanish BuffetAlba's buffet, comprised of a wide selection of authentic Spanish dishes, from appetizers to desserts and everything else in between, truly depicts what Spanish cooking is all about --- tasty, rich and satisfying.
DelicatessenAlba's homemade Spanish ham and sausages are freshly-made, premium quality meat products with that distinctive character that can only be the result of meticulous curing and smoking in the tue Spanish tradition.
