The Finix Corporation was established in 1995 as an independent company under the Techno Holdings Corporation , which operates several other successful companies in the golfing supplies, decorative lighting, commercial kitchen and laundry equipment businesses, and is also affiliated with The Bistro Group , which operates several very popular restaurants such as Fish & Co., Flapjacks, Friday’s and Italianni’s among others. Since its incorporation, Finix has been the exclusive Philippine distributor of its flagship brand, PRECOR – the inventor of the patented and much-copied EFX Elliptical Crosstrainer and one of the most trusted brands in the fitness industry worldwide.
