JITS Corporation believed that these problems can be reduced by utilizing selected engineering processes:
• Electroplating deposition
• Selective/localized electrometallizing
• Oxy-Fuel flame spray deposition
ELECTROPLATING DEPOSITION
Deposition of metallic coating for the purpose of securing a surface with properties different (but in most cases superior properties) from those of the base metal. The major advantage of this process is its accessibility to deposit coatings on almost any shape. Chromium is most often metal that is being plated on steel parts that require a surface of very low coefficient of friction.
SELECTIVE/LOCALIZED ELECTROMETALLIZING
An electroplating process that deposit plates like Chrome, Nickel and Copper etc. without using an immersion tank thus making it capable to applied ON SITE and REPAIR EXISTING PLATING often avoid disassembly, re-assembly, and downtime.
OXYGEN FUEL FLAME SPRAY
A process in which finely divided metallic or non-metallic materials are deposited in semi molted condition on the surface of the substrate to form a coating utilizing the heat energy from the combustion of oxygen and acetylene.
