MG-MAT ENTERPRISES is an importer and distributor of waterproofing products manufactured by Bitumat Company Ltd., Saudi Arabia. Bitumat is operating now for (2) decades and widely known in the whole Middle East, Europe and Asia. It was the first manufacturer of waterproofing supplies in the Middle East to be given accreditation, with ISO 9002 due to recognition of its consistent production of quality supplies.

On the other hand, MG-Mat Enterprises started in June 1999. It is owned and managed by Mr. Juanito S. Manalansan. The company sells the Bitumat waterproofing products since the start of its operation. It serves sub-distributors, water-proofing contractors / applicators, and manufacturing companies using bitumen as raw material.

Modesty aside, our company’s share in the growth of Bitumat is, in return, consistently been recognized by Bitumat during its international conventions which were done in Greece, Tunis, and Malaysia.

Like the aim of Bitumat which is to give quality waterproofing products, it is also the goal of MG-MAT ENTERPRISES to extend this to its customers, the reason why the company sells products in its original packaging only. In addition, it is also the company’s objective to give fast and reliable services.

Is a uniquely formulated,prefabricated waterproofing membrane with a special multi-layered design for superior pliability, tensile strength, workability and resistance to elements. The multi-layered design consists of a polyester core coated on both sides with APP modified bitumen. BITUMAT BITUSEAL
Self-adhesive membranes are produced with special multi-layered design with a glassfibre reinforcement which is impregnated and coated on both sides with a uniquely formulated, elastomeric, thermo plastic rubber which provides high adhesive properties.The compound provides self healing properties.

OXIDIZED ASPHALT
Grade 115/15Is a premium quality coating manufactured from ductile, pliable bitumen and plasticizing oil brown to optimum and uniform softening point and penetration.

BITUMAT BITUFAST
Is a premium quality, cold applied, fast curing primer, formulated with a highly pliable, flexible bitumen and select fast drying solvents and compounded with wetting and saturation additives. (see more at downloads)

BITUMAT ELASTIGARD
Is a superior, quality, liquid, cold applied rubber modified bitumen coating, reinforced with mineral stabilizers, gelling agent and special additives to prevent degradation due to oxidation, ozone and UV. It also has special additives for better adhesion
