SUPERB SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY, INC. In this time of constantly changing needs, wherein security services have become complex and diverse, SSIAI understands and develops customized services and innovativeness according to the specific requirement of our clients. Dedicated supervision with regular client interaction to continuously improve performance remains to be the key principles with which SSIAI anchors performance.

SSIAI was originally established on March 01, 1985 by DR. SALVADOR M. LAZO under a single proprietorship. After three years, the LCS Group of Companies (LCS) assumed the ownership and management.

Under the umbrella of the LCS Group, SSIAI is privileged and well-supported financially with the other companies namely, Satrap Construction Co, Inc., Solidnorth Broadcasting System, Inc. Solidnorth Construction & Development Corporation, Bantay Caltex Super Station, and Vigan Banco Rural Incorporada. This convergence has catapulted the capability level of SSIAI to be at par with other large agencies.

SSIAI is duly licensed with Regular License to Operate (LTO) No. PSA-00493-2003; a bonafide PADPAO member; with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registry Number 157980 on December 12, 1988; and accredited by Philippine Economic Zone Authority with Certificate of Registration No. 07-32-S issued on July 25, 2007.

Guard Force

It is expected that guards qualify and have received training for the minimum requirement, as stipulated by the Security Agency and Guard Supervisory division (SAGSD), Camp Crame. What is not included as a pre-requisite, is the training needed for a particular post assignment. Aside from the benefits required by law, SSIAI provides the following service to its guards: 1. We post guards near their place of residence. 2. Comprehensive Medical Insurance, extendable to their families (for which 60% of the guards have availed). 3. Compulsory Death benefits which is extendable to their families. 4. Weekly advances on their wages. 5. Emergency loans of up to 50% of their salaries. 6. A posting Allowance is given for guards required to change their uniforms or advances for their new post. 7. A Grievance Committee to look into their complaints. SSIAI believes in providing the right motivation to enhance output; that efficiency can be achieved only if guards like their job and want their agency.

Inspectorate

SSIAI Inspectors have at least 5 years of supervisory experience as a Head Guard. There is one inspector for every one Hundred guards. He is equipped with a company service vehicle. His weekly task is to: 1. Visit the Client/ security coordinator at minimum, once a week to receive additional instructions / feedback’s while… 2. Inspecting the guards at their post. 3. See to it that guards are always in proper and complete uniform. 4. Submit a Daily Activity report supplemented by Incident reports to the SSIAI Managing Director.

Quality Control

The Agency employs a full-time Quality Control Specialist. His task is to: 1. Supervise the implementation of all new posts. 2. Formulate, together with the Client, post Descriptions. 3. Re-train all guards to adopt and blend into their newly assumed post. 4. Visit posts that have deficiency and resolve the problem. SSIAI is relentless in its goal for perfection.
